Ethridge, TN
Jake,

We had 2 - 6 rows when I was working on the farm west of Burlington, Ia., long time ago now. At that time, we pretty well cultivated everything, so had 2 sets of the Buffalo's, 2 rear mount Deere's, and a 12 row front mount on a 4440. I really thought the Buffalo's did a pretty decent job, and was definitely the set you wanted if you had a field with a lot of weed pressure or trash in it. You could also run faster. as part of the idea was to move enough dirt with the discs, so that you threw it back out under the row with the single sweep.
