Can the auto shutdown feature be turned off in the ECM .
I would be willing to bet the auto shutdown would be in 1- settings ,2- paremeters ,3- "Enable " auto shutdown ,derate ..
The engine would not be protected , but the feature would not be able to stop truck.
Disclaimer - i have not hooked a laptop to a cat engine ,But cummins and detroit work this way .
You will likley need ECM password .
