A 5000 is not hard to split. 2 floor jacks... split and roll is all that's needed. That appears to be a County... That would add a few complications. However, the idea should be the same. Make sure you wedge the front axle so it can't oscillate. Then a jack under the pan and the other jack under the bellhousing. Unbolt and roll.
