It really depends on you more than the machine. I plant pretty straight rows and have opened up a field in the middle only to find out I was a row or two off all the way across the field. If it's what you want I don't see it as a big issue. Driving very straight will become a priority if it was not already. Disclaimer, I have no steep hills or contours, that would make it tougher.
