Pocahontas County, IA | Seller has the option of setting a reserve. As far as consignor bidding up their equipment I suppose it is possible but they run the risk of being the final bidder. They will run 3 auctioneers till the small stuff is gone then 2 on the machinery. They move right along but they get lots of equipment and lots of buyers especially if the weather is good. It can last all day. Popular equipment in good condition brings good money. My experience has been what I go to buy sells high and is one of the last things sold, Murphy's law I guess | |
