NW Iowa
Dad put up a 45'x56' shed a few years back. We used a 7120 dualed up with a 12' box scraper to bring the south end up almost 5'. Went almost 2' wider than the building around. Actually brought in dirt for the project. When the building crew got there, they had a hard time digging the post holes with a skid loader mounted bit. The pad was off by 1-2" overall, I used a simple transit and string line to level myself. The key is to use THIN layers when building up and pack pack pack. I would think a dozer would do an excellent job.
