I have a friend that is looking at buying a 2+2 and he asked me a question that I have not been able to find the answer to. The tractor he is looking at has the TA taken out and a "direct shaft" put in. What is this exactly, will the tractor be in full time high range? I have never heard of this but then again im not that up to date on 2+2's. Thanks in advance for any help.
