Central ND | We have done several of ours but I don't have any pics. If you have the style where there is angle iron bolted to the frame and then the plate sits flat on top of that we just get heavy wall reactangular tubing and put under the plate. If you have the style where the angle iron is part of the plate and bolts to the frame we just take the air arc and blow the welds off the legs and weld spacers under them to get the height we need, we usually use 2-3 inches.
