| Have several "RT" units running since the first '09 unit the engineers came out on. Did our first 9560RT last week and could not use any of the 3 RT profiles or the "20" series. Support finally got back to me 3 days later with, "This is not a supported platform" answer?? Thanks!
The "00" series profile worked just fine and had been running the whole time while waiting for them to get back to me! The older profile does allow you more control in dialing in the tracks. you need to run to adjust the left/right bias and run it long enough to warm the hyd. and get tracks loosened up.
The manual overrideissue of the original poster could still be an issue with the tractor. We have had a couple that this was having to be done once a week, till JD was able to service the unit. | |
