Southeast WI | 6.14 - not sure what rear gears should be... We run straight trucks here right now and looking to upgrade for less hauling trips. We have a couple single axles one Ford Cabover with 9 spd, IH with 7 spd and old Ford tandem with 10 spd. Never paid attention to ratios as the single axle diesels move just fine except the half dead gas tandem can't get out of its own way...
Not sure what this truck did but most of these seem to have been beverage haulers or similar delivery type trucks. | |
