| The issue is that CMR+ is a propietry format. Companies like Topcon try and emulate, copy or reverse engineer it. The CMR (GPS) part of CMR+ is a well known protocol.
So even though the base is Glonass enabled, and the rover is Glonass enabled Topcon only know how to transmit he GPS part using the open CMR part (even if it says CMR+). Hence no Glonass data.
RTK is complex and data from differing companies isnt always 100% compatable, so its not unusual to have unexplainable issues on top of what you explained.
