If you want to continue renting the place, dont let the dog by the house. It would take one bad thing to make them start looking for a new place. Wife gets knocked over in the mud, child gets bit, car gets scratched. ya any of these could happen. Either train the dog or dont bring it. Or just keep it in the shop when your working in it.
