SC, MN.
Depending on how tall your ridges are you can chop the stalk & suck up the leaves from the valley. I've seen stackers with modified axles to fit the rows, or round balers with a chopper under it. I think harvest tec was the company that made the chopper attach. for round balers. It works good if the ridges are not to tall, but it is slow going taking 2-3 rows @ a time.
