Canada | I prefer trimble anything. I would go with the 750 myself. They are the leader in this stuff and seem to have less problems in my experience.

As for the google maps.... "New 2012! Utilize Bing™ Maps for drawing field boundaries or to display as background maps" is what is advertised on trimbles sister site Farm Works.
