Southern IL Randolph County
We had one for several years with Kinze units and got along fine. The frame is very heavy and worked well in no-till. The main thing that aggravated us was the wheel bearings were a special design with a seal attached to it. The best idea would of been to tap the hub with a grease fitting so you could regularly get some grease in there as this style bearing did not allow you to pack much grease in the hub. We ran liquid starter through keatons with a 3pt tank hanging on the back of a 4450. They are a good planter especially if you are getting a later model with the heavy markers.
