Yeah, it's smaller than milo. I guess the seeds per pound varies quite a bit, and I've heard about wide inconsistencies with seed size in a single bag. My notes from Canola U show an open pollinated variety at 130K sds/lb and a hybrid at 67K sds/lb. I'm thinking the bigger seeds will singulate a lot better. I've heard of guys up North using sugarbeet discs in vac meters; maybe there's a sugarbeet drum available?

Don't know if this link works but it shows several of the drums but doesn't give sizes of holes. I'll try to look in my parts book and see if it has hole sizes.
