If you are sure it is not a wet land and you take the trees out there is not much they can do. They can make the determination afterwards. The issue is not taking trees out but wether it is a wetland or not. If your committee and SWCD is that controlling that you worry about that fence row, then you need a new one along with new conservationist instead of a communist.
