Minnesota | Yes that Footpedal should work for with the EZ Steer. As said above it just plugs into the middle port on the controller. You will need to go into Settings --> Vehicle --> Autosteer --> EZ-Steer Setup --> Engage Options --> EZ-Steer External Switch, and change that setting from the default (which is disabled) to Remote Engage. Hit the green arrow and back out of the settings menus, and should work just fine. I believe that there is a delay on the footpedal, so you will need to hold it down for about 1.5 seconds for it to engage the system.
There is a Trade Up program running through the end of June, where if you trade in your EZ-Guide Plus (or other competitive displays) in towards the purchase of a new FM750 or FM1000, Trimble will provide you an GPS receiver unlock code for higher accuracy (ex. WAAS to Omnistar) worth $2000.
