central Ia. | Part of the 1985 farm bill, under wetland provision. Before removing ANY woody plants or doing ANY tiling you are suppose to get a wetland determination done. Guess it was fairly well inforced for a couple years after 85 and then was kinda forgotten about in some states, But lately they have all remebered about it. My personal opinion is that with the current talk of budget cuts and office closures some gov't employee's suddenly decided to try and justify their jobs. | |
