Southern Illinois | makes me think of a question I have had for a long time. where is the best place to start to get mpg? intake filter and flow, heads, intake manifold, EFI programming, piston design, crank bearing clearance, transmission, gear ratio, tire pressure, lighter vehicle, be satisfied with low power. Maybe there are some engine builders/engineers on here that can elaborate. I am talking gas truck engines since that is what we all want, a 500 hp engine that gets 25 mpg.
