This is pretty common with the iTC receiver. It simply can't see enough satellites, even under ideal conditions, to maintain a full accuracy bar. We have several fields in a deep creek bottom, and the signal accuracy usually never gets over about 20%. You can usually autotrac in the middle of the fields, but no where else. As others have said, the 3000 receiver goes a long way to help this.
