Need to replace this part. Air actuator. It is the one on top of the heater box. Have pulled seats, center console, steeering column. Have taken 2 bolts out of one side and 3 bolts out of pass. side still cannot find what is holding dash in seems to be held in tight still. any help apprec. 540-760-7649(c)
