Mercer County, Ohio on the Indiana line | Instead of a Puma i'd go with a Magnum 180. It's about 2000 lbs heavier but the turning radius is a lot better, which is nice for using on a loader. That is, if you're going with an MFD tractor. I have heard that they changed the frame of the 2012 Puma's so they turn shorter but you didn't specify if you were getting new. I like the electric over hydraulic controls for the loader (Magnum or Puma) if you're going to have one guy on it all day it will help decrease fatigue of operator.
