When its cold a valve opens and runs engine coolant through a DEF heater. You get a short period of time to run without the DEF flowing

I'm gonna work on a little switch that tells the tractor all day that the DEF is too cold ;)

If that switch is on for too long then it will just go in to a derated mode IIRC.
