You're 95% correct but I can make it simpler yet. When you go to edit the attributes you want for your report, highlight the "estimated amount" selection and check the box that is labeled "Add Mix Component Attributes". The software automatically includes totals for all the products in the tank mix in the report. Sometimes it's hard to remember all the products you used in a month and this simplifies the process greatly. No more having to remember all the individual products you used and then entering them manually. This presumes the tank mixes were built correctly in the sprayer(s).
To simplify things in the report I would recommend a "Condensed Farm Report" to make the report as simple as possible. I have to do spilts monthly for three farms and this takes all the guess work out of it. | |
