I like hyster myself. The forward and reverse is on the gas peddle. It operates like a big rocker switch one side is forward and one is reverse. It frees up your hands to steer and operate the mast. I would recommend getting one with hydraulic fork adjust and sideshift if you can. We use the fork adjust all the time.
