Own a 9270 blower seems to blow harder when the ignition is in the on position than when it is running. changed the cab air filter and still not alot of air flow is it a multi speed fan or is it on a damper system. Cab is comfortable but will not freeze u out not much flow. I also own a cat that the condenstor freezes up and ac quits any suggestions new expansion valve and new dryer and compressor installed last year..
