Subject: Demo'ed RTX yesterday, any coments on experiences?

Tip of the Thumb of Michigan

We had Auto pilot installed yesterday and my dealer got a demo code.  We are right on the edge of the slow converge map, so I thought I would check it out.  RTX comes with glonass as part of the subscription and we were seeing about 14 sat's.  It took about 25 minutes to get all the way down to .8".  The wierd thing is that once we started testing things at 8" convergence, is that every time we turned around it would almost immediately drop down about one inch.  So it seemed to converge faster while moving.   Unfortunately we won't be in the field for a couple of month's yet, but I'm going to go out this morning and try to drive those same tracks in the snow.  Does anyone have any experience with RTX?  How does my experience compare with Omnistar convergence?
