Both sides of the Mason-Dixon Line | Everytime I upgrade computers it gets more and more difficult to read those SRAM cards. When my laptop is disconnected from our network, this is what I have to do: With the computer off, insert the card, and then turn the computer on. My laptop says the same thing yours does, but when I double click on the E drive icon I can access the card. I hope this works for you. I could be wrong, but I think that windows 98 does a better job of reading those cards, and some guys will keep an old laptop w/98 just to read the SRAMs.
