Its really not bad to run 10 mph in low. Spraying with the controller on the sprayer speed is 6 to 12, the spreader will vary some with speed so we shoot for 10 on our lbs settings.
Cruise would be nice, but its really not bad to run steady after a few acres, not as easy as a gear rig but not bad.
