Rivers, MB | How do you handle vacation time for your farm employees? Do you have times that are off limits for vacation time off? for example, during harvest/planting season.
I realize that if its a family occasion (wedding/funeral etc) that you just let them go but am pondering the "feel like travelling" type of holidays.
Our farm is just getting into having non-family employees so am slowly figuring out some of the ins and outs of having employees.
