10 speeds were not convertible. Only certain 9's were that I'm aware of.
I don't see any reason you can't just stick a 13 of the correct torque rating in there. Just be sure to match up the housings correctly... There are various input shaft sizes depending on torque rating... so get the right one.
Can my 10 spd. Eaton be converted to a 13 spd?
