Tooth and Nail. It is not impossible, I know some very good salesmen who spend more time supporting their product than selling it. I happen to feel I am one of them. However there are alot, that rely on their techs to do all the support. There are alot of dealers that don't have a clue about what they sell, but don't put all of us in the same boat. To the OP, it can be very frustrating at times, but I love what I do. I have had customers that cannot set an AB line without calling someone, usually me. I have one guy that called 12 times in one day to set a new AB line.
