I would say the gap is much larger on the control/data management side then the guidance side. It isn't like the Paradyme is brand new technology that came out of nowhere. The A5 was a very good steering system for years and the Paradyme is building on that. Trimble guidance is very good but the way they design their monitors for planter control, application control, data logging, etc is sometimes frustrating/lacking.
