Mid-East Nebraska
The versions of GreenStar displays through parts will be a “hardware only” replacement. Both the GS2 2600 and GS3 2630 will come without the basics activation that must be transferred off of the failed display along with any Pro Modules (activations). The GS2 1800 display does not have a basics activation and will only need the pro modules transferred.

If the display cannot be updated to current software, or if the display is failed to the point that deactivations cannot be performed, a DTAC case must be submitted and confirmed failure with AMS DTAC. Then call 1-888-953-3373 with the DTAC case number confirming failure to attain new activation codes for Basics software and any Pro Modules for the replacement display.

Upon replacing the display it will need to be registered to the customer by filing a delivery receipt through warranty systems for tracking purposes.

What is Basics software?
Basics software is the software that is in base equipment when you purchase a GreenStar display. It includes feature such as Documentation, On-Screen Mapping, Parallel Tracking, etc.
