What's the part number on it? If it was ordered with Glonass unlocked, it should be part number 063-0173-155. If it's one that was unlocked later on, you should be able to go right one screen and down one screen to see a "G" in the series of numbers and letter shown. If there is no "G" present, it doesn't have it unlocked.
