Butterfield, MN | You can't set it to a certain speed (self test won't work, since it kicks out when an actual speed is noticed), but you can set in a minimum gallons per minute. Slow down until you see the point where your nozzles start losing their pattern, speed back up slightly so you are basically at the minimum. Tap on the rate/min button and observe the number displayed. Press and hold the vol/min button for a few seconds until it starts blinking 0. Tap enter, enter the number that you just observed for your vol/minute, and enter again. Now it won't let the system close the valve down any further than that point.
Also, you can't set it to alarm at a certain acre count, but you can set up with the tank volume to alarm. Check here for a copy of the manual. The one I was looking at had both of these pieces of information on the same page.
