Are the tanks going to be inside a building then? As others have said, I'd put down some sand or pea gravel to level the floor. Mound the sand up about 6-8 inches in the center ( inverted cone shape), and your tanks will empty our really well. We have 2x 9000k gal tanks and when the pumps stops pumping there might be 10 gals left in the bottom of the tank.
