Shell Rotella 15w40 in mine, 9150 and 9190, also if pulled really hard and uses oil check the diaphram in the crankcase vent, might be ruptured, and will cause oil usage in the turboed models, my 9190 does this once in a while, more manifold boost more oil used, replaced this flimsy rubber thingy all is good now.
