Yeah, the SCV dial is all the way up, but I'm wondering if it may have been put in 180 degrees the wrong way if the guy that owned it before me did some work on it. Need to check that out yet. Hoses are okay and there are no restrictors. When I put my other tractor on the implements it raises everything up promptly, so I think I can rule out the implements as the problem.

Dealer is gonna check the flow with flowmeter, but even if it's slow, it doesn't explain why it won't lower or raise the wings on implements in my mind.
I have had the 180 degree off thing happen to me before, easy to fix anyway.
