I've had two 72xx planters, but never a 16 row. The units are bad to crack at the top front. They are about $350 a piece to replace if they are too bad to weld. You should have plenty of hydraulics to run the blower and enough tractor to pull it, but I don't know how many SCV's the planter requires.
