Subject: My old 8630 has a hydraulic problem

I bought an older 8630 tractor at auction a couple years back. It has a 50 series engine and I have been impressed with the power and torque the old girl has. The only thing that has been a nuisance ever since purchasing is the slowness of the hydraulics. I've tested the pressure at the SCV and it's right on spec. I've pulled both sump screens and they're clear as can be. The 2 point stays up for weeks after shutting the tractor down, so no leaks internally there that are obvious. It raises everything that I have hooked to it just fine, with one exception, just real slow. The one exception is winged implements...when I go to raise or lower the wings on the field cultivator, NH3 bar, etc. it really struggles to raise or lower the wings (wings lay over center in the folded up position on both implements. Anybody ever experience anything like this with their unit? What is the problem?
