Baldwin City, KS | You sound pretty sharp as well as experienced with how the markets work. I have been farming for three years with my brother, but we come from a harvest, store, and sell under pressure type of family. Now that I am on my own, I have a strong desire as well as obligation to my young family, to educate myself on marketing so I can do my level best to make a living in this business.
In every aspect of this business, I have found that the advice of others who have paid attention through the years and learned from mistakes, is worth it's weight in gold. Have you put together any literature that you would sell or share, and do you do any education or consulting? If not, maybe you could point me in the right direction. I am starting at an almost entry level, and still need to learn alot of the basics before I go much further.
