| got to agree with Tommy if you cant at least raise some of your own feed dont even try it. buying feed and and iso's is a model that wont work long term through the hog cycle unless your very good in the markets (which is one of my strong points) or have lots of cash lined up to get throught the down cycle. One of the problems you run into is your guaranteeing the farrower a profit regardless of feed or hog prices. | |
