One simple question, it is getting hot really? I ask because I fought a tractor that was heating up last spring, would go right over to hot on a fertilizer spreader and not come down. Turns out it was a bad heat gauge sender, so before you really take things apart check to see that it really is getting hot, would have saved me a lot of work.
