I post on here to A: learn things, and B: share what little knowledge I have with others. If I come across as bitchy and whiney, I'm sorry, that's not how it's intended. Some days I am very negative about farming, this is true, but doesn't everyone have days like that. There are less dairy farms every year, and one year we will be in that statistic, but not because we will lose the farm, but rather to retire and hopefully do so gracefully.
I am probably twice your age, maybe 3 times, and have experienced many things. We are all still learning or why are we on here? And the question is not THAT we will quit, because some day we will, but HOW and WHEN we quit. Up until such time, I intend to keep learning and trying to improve. | |
