east of indianapolis | Funny thing to finish my picking story I told my father inlaw on day that I hated picking corn and I thought it was a waste of time it was a day that. I worked on the durn picker all day and picked 1 wagon. My wifes dad isn't the best on maintenance, and it broke often. So a few years ago I thought that I would pick a load of ear corn to feed some heifers we wanted to keep went over to barn to get picker and it was gone so I called him and asked were the picker was he sold it and never said anything made me mad he said he got rid of it because I hated it guess I need to watch what I say. Now I have more cattle and sure wish I had a picker! | |
