Subject: jd 1990ccs poor population count

We have a 2010 jd 1990 ccs airdrill with a 1800 monitor. Last year in beans it never was very accurate counting population. It would read 20000 high to 30000 low than what it actually is planting. Ended up using the scale to set population with it after it burned us planting less than we wanted. We don't trust what the monitor says at all. Has anybody else had problems like this. Deere is looking into it but acts like they have never heard of this problem before. Drill has pop sensors on all 48 runs. The double 750's we had before this would read dead on so am pretty disappointed so far in this "fancy" new monitor
