Thats a lot of fertilizer, This was in a email i got from a experienced strip tiller this winter that might help a little on placement.
"If you maintain 4" of spacing between the seed and the banded P & K, you will be fine as far as burn from those products"(200lb. DAP and 150lb. MOP). "In the early years of strip-till, I would apply as much as 350 lbs. of Potash in the strip and never had any adverse reactions. Just make sure the dry fert is being put down at least 5" below the soil surface." GTD is his user profile.
Me personally i'd try 4"x2"(this in expressed in inches from seed) placement myself. When you turn they get closer, i don't think you want an young plant getting to that for a while.
