Watford City, ND | Do you have another reciever? If so, try to plug that one in. Or maybe do you have another display?
Sounds like maybe during the update your reciever lost communication - now you might need to force software to it.
Go to the Diagnostics tab, and then scroll around and see if you can find a file iTC.xxx
I'm not being very helpful as I haven't done this in a couple of years and I'm not sitting in from of a display - you may need to try to call GreenStar if you have boughten something in the last year or so (then you have a free subscrition).
